The Grocery POS System UK delivers enterprise-grade functionality for grocery shop operations. The system supports complete inventory management with category, subcategory, and brand hierarchies. Products can be added to sales via barcode scanner, with support for multiple batches when purchase rates differ. Barcode creation and printing is built-in for product labeling. Sales management includes item-wise discounts (percentage or fixed amount), sales returns, and order tracking. Supplier management features a comprehensive payment ledger tracking advanced payments and remaining balances. Customer management distinguishes between walking (guest) and registered customers, with credit limit controls to prevent exceeding approved loan amounts. Financial management includes cash and bank account handling with fund transfer capabilities between accounts, expense tracking, advanced payment management, and daily/monthly/yearly profit calculations. Additional features include employee management and complete customer transaction ledgers.
